Trade & Working Capital- Payments- Client Solutions Executive Director
Leverage your deep technical knowledge to reshape how clients experience our products and help to elevate every client interaction. As a Client Solutions Architect Director in Trade and Working Capital Product Solutions Delivery team, you are a technical expert for a set of products. You are well-versed in the sales cycle and in designing solutions to address clients’ complex problems. As a leader on your team with advanced technical capabilities, you leverage your skills to innovate on how products are solutioned, designed, enhanced, and modified, and create new ways for teams to successfully consult with clients to continuously improve their experience with the firm’s products. Trade & Working Capital (TWC) is a division of Payments.  Job responsibilities Advises Client Solutions Architect teams on the strategies and best practices for configuring and modifying the firm’s existing products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use casesCoordinates with clients and our Development and Delivery teams, drawing on technical knowledge, experience, and client feedback to lead product design and define the development requirements for enhancementsEngages Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages on high-level pricing, pipeline planning, and account planningManages a large team running deal execution, implementation, and post close management of all T&WC productsLeads seamless collaboration with the Originators in support of ambitious revenue targetsLeads effective Risk and Controls managementGuides the team on Change Management processes to enhance scalability.Ensures seamless client engagement and adherence to Transactional Control aspects of credit related Trade productsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working within a broad set of products to solve client use casesExtensive experience in partnering with clients in a technology field with engineersExperience in supporting a Sales team while pitching and delivering complex technical products, projects, or applicationsDemonstrated experience in structuring and handling complex business solutions or technology problems to meet client needs while advising teams on strategies and best practicesAdvanced understanding of Trade, Trade products and proven experience in structured transactionsDemonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment, spanning multiple disciplines and locationsExhibit the ability to multitask within the broader scope of the PSD team, managing workflow and capacity to ensure timely execution of new deals, as time to revenue is a key performance indicatorPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across the organization and clients Show proficiency in customized data analytics, with advanced working knowledge of Excel (including macros, pivots, and graphs) and PowerPoint applications.
