About the role
Join our Sales & Customer Marketing Support team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial and administrative operations. You'll manage SAP data, oversee budget tracking, and support customer promotions and settlements across multiple touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
Create and maintain customer files in SAP, ensuring data accuracy. Process and reconcile invoices and accounting notes in line with budget controls. Manage purchase orders and invoice settlements in SRM for Sales and Customer Marketing. Track and top up prepaid cards based on internal requests and declarations. Oversee records and expenditures for outsourced sales forces and marketing budgets. Assist in preparing tax documentation (e.g., PIT-11) for customers. Conduct onboarding training on invoicing, SRM, and prepaid card processes. Monitor SRM process irregularities and follow up with suppliers/customers/GBS as needed.
Job requirements
Secondary education certificate required. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or finance support role (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Working knowledge of SAP and SRM systems (a plus). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of financial or legal documentation processes. Good communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and suggest process improvements.
