JOB TITLE: Trade Lifecycle Analyst - FX back-office team

You’ll apply analytical thinking to support daily operations and contribute to process optimization. You’ll manage and interpret large data sets, requiring precision, accountability, and curiosity. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across regions, gaining exposure to FX operational processes, international trade documentation, and compliance standards.

And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:

Provide operational support for Foreign Exchange transactions, with a focus on documentation control, data validation, and adherence to internal procedures. Review and interpret international trade documents to support transaction processing. Investigate and resolve exceptions or client-related queries, taking full ownership from identification through resolution. Conduct data analysis and produce operational insights using Excel and Alteryx. Maintain accurate tracking of metrics, controls, and follow-ups through structured reports and dashboards. Execute process-driven tasks with consistency and attention to detail, while maintaining a proactive mindset to detect issues and suggest improvements. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across locations, contributing to a team-oriented culture. Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance. Adapt to a rotating schedule based on business needs and regional time zones. Escalate issues in a timely and transparent manner, ensuring visibility and mitigation of risks.

 

What do we ask for this position:

Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with Alteryx is a strong plus. Analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to work with and interpret operational data. Understanding of foreign trade documentation is highly valued. Excellent communication skills in English and if you have Portuguese is a big plus, language proficiency will be evaluated during the selection process. Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and reliability in completing daily tasks. Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and adjust to changing business needs.
