Trade Services - Change Manager (Vice President) - Investment Middle Office Service (IMOS)

Step into a pivotal role as a Trade Lifecycle Lead at JPMorganChase, where you'll be instrumental in managing the operations of the pre- and post-trading lifecycle across all asset classes. Your expertise will be key in driving operational efficiency, mitigating risks, and leading strategic projects to ensure seamless trade processing and the implementation of innovative solutions.

As a Trade Lifecycle Manager III within JPMorgan’s Investment Middle Office Service (IMOS), you will act as the outsourced Middle Office for our clients across a range of products, including but not limited to Listed Securities, Cash, FX, Short-Term Liquidity, Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETDs), Over-the-Counter Derivatives (OTCs), Contracts for Difference (CFDs) & Bank Loans. The role deals with all stages of the lifecycle for each product from broker matching, lifecycle events including corporate events, ensuring timely settlement of trades & cash, management of claims & overdrafts, client & regulatory reporting, input into the production of our Investment Book of Record delivery (IBOR) & service management of the client’s custodial network & broker relationships. You will work with clients, project teams & technology partners to manage the pipeline of internal and external change within IMOS for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region; supporting both the successful onboarding of new clients into the strategic Middle Office Infrastructure for Trade Services and the change book of work for existing clients (including relevant market driven change). This is an opportunity to join a growing team in a period of substantial business growth. 

  

Job responsibilities 

Navigate within the organization to collaborate with key stakeholders to provide input, influence and build consensus to achieve the optimal delivery for Trade Operations and our clients.Work with technology & product partners to review & improve the design of systems, championing improvements to process flows to ensure scalability & to minimize manual touch points. Including input and review of BRD’sProcess and system optimization, with a strong focus on the operational toolset supporting IMOS clients.  Manage the onboarding delivery lifecycle throughout the project lifecycle phases and identify and proactively manage the risk to delivery.Ensure strong controls are in place as well as standardization in the end-to-end operating model.Drive &/or support training strategies & communications to drive successful operational adoptionCreate & deliver executive communications, status reporting, & metrics.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong background & understanding the end to end lifecycle (e.g. order management and execution, risk management, trade capture, settlements, confirmations, position-keeping, accounting, regulatory requirements) across multiple financial products (Cash Equities / Fixed Income, Cleared / non-cleared Derivatives, FX etc.). Quick learner with strong attention to detailAbility to clearly define and articulate business requirements.
