Crafted Highlights:    

In the role of Trade Quality Specialist, working in Golden, Colorado, you will be part of the brewing & innovation quality team. You will be part of the team that owns the regional distributor audit strategy, and acts as the liaison between the distributors, sales team and brewery.  The role is responsible for delivery against the yearly audit schedule, review of quality claims filed by distributors, brewery warehouse and DC audits, monthly reporting of KPIs to the brewery and meeting annual budget goals.  This role also contributes to the continuous improvement of our processes, policies and procedures while developing relationships and acting as a brand ambassador while out in the market. 

  

This position reports to Manager, Quality Assurance - Distribution & Trade.

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

Plan, coordinate, execute, and reports on all distributor quality audits within assigned region. This also includes the evaluation of product packaging performance and quality issues while in the field. Responsible for distributor hotline call follow-up, communication with assigned brewery and DC, and resolution to promote process improvements and quality focus throughout the supply chain. Responsible for quality claim review for assigned brewery and DC which includes coordination with distributor (to obtain supporting documentation like BOL and pictures), transportation and claims team to gain resolution to every case within policy guidelines. Plans and reports on all assigned brewery warehouse and distribution center audits monthly. Analyzes and reports customer and consumer complaint information and provides feedback to help identify continuous improvement opportunities at the assigned brewery. Interfaces with a wide variety of customers internal and external to Molson Coors.  Raises the level of awareness of beer, the brewing process and the quality of our products with our distributors and retailers.

 

  

Key Ingredients:  

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /related field OR equivalent experience, 3+ years working in 3-tier distribution system, supply chain management, product or package quality. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Thorough understanding of supply chain dynamics Strong persuasion, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Exceptional organizational skills to deal with complex problems and cross-functional discipline Well-developed presentation skills Strong customer service orientation Strong business and industry acumen relative to the beer/beverage industry Ability to be a self-starter and work independently Strong communication and critical thinking You love a challenge. Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $106,000.00 - $139,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
