Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing complex/strategic product(s) and developing strategies within the Global Payments Solution group, focused in the Trade Finance products. Key responsibilities include managing the full Product cycle and financial responsibilities for specific product areas and driving innovative idea generation for the Trade Finance products management. Job expectations include ensuring that the Trade Finance product management efforts are integrated with sales, technology, implementation, and servicing.
Responsibilities:
Oversees a set of product(s) and maintains financial responsibility, including accountability for profit and loss activities such as revenue, profit margins, etc.
Identifies and creates plans for product development, supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities
Understands product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape to provide awareness of trends to sales and marketing teams
Develops and/or influences product strategy, driving products in cash management to provide comprehensive solutions across the bank
Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
Drives transaction and revenue growth and manages associated financial processes (i.e., forecast, monthly flash reporting, etc.)
Collaborates with internal technology subject matter experts and researches product-related trends in order to provide an integrated and automated client experience.

Required skills:
Deep understanding of Local Supply Chain Finance market laws and regulations
Advanced knowledge for Traditional Trade International Practices including but limited to ISP 98, UCP 600 and URDG 758
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar. Master degree is a bonus

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and analytical expertise, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across global trade operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decision-making.
Experience in Trade Finance, third-party risk management, and procurement operations is highly preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory environments and ESG standards is a plus.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are critical, with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders.
Strong Microsoft package knowledge (Excel, Word and Power Point)
