This position will be focused on strengthening our position in the o-trade channel by developing compelling activities able to turn brand choices into purchases.


Meaningful Work From Day One


The holder of the Trade Marketing Specialist position will ensure execution of the best-in-class presence and prominence of Brown Forman brands in the Off-trade environment in line with brand, channel and client strategies to deliver fiscal year plans. Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing 4P execution leading to prominent, distinctive and relevant physical availability of our brands in respective channels (Off Trade, Indirect Channel).

This is an office/hybrid role - 4 days a week in the office.

What You Can Expect

● Activity Planning: Contribute to the preparation of a 12-month activity calendar and support the 4Ps through detailed analysis.

● Market & Customer Insights: Advise on customer and channel understanding, co-create customer plans, and identify new market opportunities.
● Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team and Key Account Managers to turn selling stories into effective sales tools and execute contractual provisions.

● POSM & Activations: Lead the development, production, and distribution of POSM materials, and manage in-store consumer activations.
● Communication & Budget Management: Ensure proper communication with the Sales Team and trade partners, track trade-related spending, and manage document flow related to trade activities.


What You Bring to the Table


● Experience in sales / trade marketing in FMCG, minimum 2 years.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations).
● Proven time & project management skills, including organisational skills, with attention to details.
● Ability to cope with broad variety of task in a dynamic environment.
● Computer skills (MS Office applications/Google applications).
● Polish native and advanced English language (verbal and written).
● Education (min): Bachelor degree.
