Job Description:

The associate on this position is responsible for planning & coordinating all marketing activities for PSR, VET & PRO channels in Royal Canin Greece. The role is responsible for translating brand strategy into actionable go-to-market plans, with the aim of supporting business growth, boosting recommendation and ensuring the perfect execution of the priorities and as well for ensuring brand presence is maximized at the point of sale through tailored trade activities, promotional plans, and strong retailer partnerships.
The goal is to accelerate health outcomes by ensuring the availability and visibility of our portfolio in our PSR customers, partners and at key events, in full respect of Royal Canin philosophy & communication codes, as well as The Five Principles.

What will be your key responsibilities? 📋Lead the development and implementation of trade marketing plans for Greece, aligned with brand and sales objectives and in collaboration with cross-functional teamsDevelop and monitor trade promotions (including sales channels allocation) and in-store activation campaigns to ensure optimal brand presencePlans and manages ordering, development and production of all point-of-sale materials, communication, promotional materials, ensuring consistent brand representation across channelsPlans & coordinates the participation of company events in Vet & PRO channelManage and track budget in collaboration with PSR & Pet Professional HeadManages VET & PRO & PSR portfolio, incl. new launches, sales analysis, assortment optimization, price monitoring

Education & Professional Qualifications 📚University Degree (BSc)Preferred qualification: Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Management

Knowledge / Experience 💡Experience in Marketing and/or Trade marketing within international companyExcellent communication skillsStrong English skills, written and oralExperienced user of MS OfficeDigital marketing / Media planning experience is a plus
