Our Outdoor Products division is expanding rapidly across the Central Europe (CE) region, and we are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to drive growth and market excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** Regional Trade Marketing Leadership: + Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for DEWALT Outdoor Products across the CE region, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives. + Implementing Price/Volume actions and White Space analysis, in line with European Product Management to maximize the potential of DEWALT Brand. New Product Set Up: + Lead the launch process for new products, including product positioning, channel readiness, and in-store execution. + Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless market introduction. Pricing Set Up: + Define and implement regional pricing strategies in collaboration with Sales and Finance, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. + Monitor market trends and adjust pricing as needed. Promotions Management: + Plan, develop, and execute promotional campaigns and activities with key retail and distribution partners. + Track ROI and effectiveness, optimizing future promotions based on insights. Go-to-Market Strategies: + Design and implement go-to-market plans for new and existing products, including channel selection, merchandising, and sales enablement. + Ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful market entry. Retail & Channel Support: + Provide marketing support to retail and distribution partners, including POS materials, training, and event management. + Drive in-store visibility and conversion. Market Analysis & Reporting: + Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy. + Prepare regular reports on trade marketing performance and recommend actions. Cross-functional Collaboration: + Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure integrated execution of trade marketing initiatives. **Who You Are:** You always strive to do a good job… but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
