This will be to lead and support the delivery of retail marketing strategies and campaigns, in a robust commercial business unit with a wonderful brand. Please apply with an English CV. ****No relocation assistance is offered for this position**** **Core Responsibilities** + Proactively lead the strategic plans and initiatives with budget ownership within FRIB Trade Marketing for owned drive period campaign to achieve maximum brand and commercial impact. + Partner with Sales and Marketing teams as well as retail partners with a collaborative approach to deliver exceptional campaigns that deliver sustainable return of investment. + Own the new retail platform strategy at the business unit level to ensure a strong execution plan and future roadmap aligned to regional (Western Europe) marketing strategy. + Leverage retailer and shopper and consumer insights translating findings into action, tracking, and evaluating results and adapting processes and materials accordingly. + Represent the Trade Marketing team by contributing to the integrated commercial plan as part of FRIB ICP process. + Lead and drive non standardized materials for displays, promotional areas and endcaps if needed. + Be curious and focused on identifying and implementing marketing innovations and effective solutions into the omnichannel space with a test and learn approach evaluating results via insight gained. **Play your part in our team succeeding!** The LEGO Marketing Team brings one of the world’s most iconic brands and its products for consumers and shoppers to life. Our Marketing team monitor audience insights, taking decisions rooted in data to develop and implement effective marketing plans, with 360 campaigns including traditional and digital media, events, and instore execution, ensuring strong media presence. Trade Marketing has the responsibility to improve the shopper experience with the LEGO brand being at our core for Online, LEGO Certified Stores, Toy Specialists, Grocery, and Department Stores, which defines, develops and executes the strategy of activation of our whole franchise portfolio into the distribution channels engagement. **Do you have what it takes?** + Direct commercial results-driven experience in a trade marketing role working into retail (B2B exposure is essential). + In-depth understanding of the omnichannel retail landscape in France-Iberia and the strategic impact of all trade marketing activities and an ability to lead multiple campaigns. + Experience in planning and implementing trade marketing campaigns (both offline and online) for third party retailers. + Detailed analytical and budget responsibility experience is essential. + Proven record of success ideally in a high impact consumer goods company + A collaborative approach to working with a wide range of partners and agencies, a team focused individual. + Fluency in Spanish is essential as is a proficiency in English both written and spoken + Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days from home **Join the global LEGO** ® **family!** What’s in it for you?
