Are you passionate about trade marketing and eager to build your career in a dynamic, global environment? Pernod Ricard Türkiye is looking for a Trade Marketing Management Trainee, On & Hotel to join our Shake Your Future MT Program and support our Business Development & Trade Marketing team!

ABOUT THE ROLE
 

As a key member of the Business Development & Trade Marketing team, the Trade Marketing MT will actively contribute to building brand presence and sales excellence within the On-Trade and Hotel channels. This role is pivotal in driving commercial growth by analyzing evolving market dynamics, executing impactful trade activities, and fostering collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and external partners.
 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 

Support the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives in line with brand, channel, and customer strategies.Lead pre- and post-promotion analysis, evaluating the effectiveness of activities through ROI calculations.Prepare and share regular updates and performance reports with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Management teams.Conduct sell-out performance and merchandising analysis, delivering actionable insights to strengthen market execution.Assist in the budget planning and follow-up of trade activities (including incentive schemes and trade spending), ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Collaborate closely with Brand and Business Development teams on the annual activity calendar and activation plans.Coordinate loyalty and incentive programs, maintaining smooth cooperation between suppliers and field sales teams.Actively manage the development, production, and timely delivery of POS materials, visibility tools, and sales team equipment.Conduct field visits with sales teams (minimum twice per month) to monitor execution quality, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.Support the contracting and operational processes of On-Trade sponsorship agreements.Provide support for event planning, customer engagement activities, and in-store visual merchandising projects.Participate in regular On-Trade and Hotel channel meetings, providing updates and contributing to strategic discussions.Track and manage e-flow and invoicing processes related to On-Trade and Hotel activities.
 

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 

Education:

Final year student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or Engineering from a reputable university.

Experience:

0-2 years of professional experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Key Competencies:

Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and a sales-driven mindset.Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.Ability to analyze data, conduct basic financial analysis, and assess ROI.Willingness to travel frequently and conduct field visits.Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English.Curious, eager to learn and grow, with a self-starter attitude.
