The role is dedicated to the **Jack Daniel’s Family of Brands** , operating exclusively within the **Events Channel** , where brand-building opportunities are amplified by the region’s strong affinity for music, nightlife, and social gatherings. T **he Northeast offers a unique platform to** **connect with consumers emotionally** , build brand equity, and accelerate trials through immersive experiences.
This is a highly collaborative position, **requiring close coordination with internal teams (marketing, sales, finance, supply chain) and external partners** (distributors, agencies, suppliers). The professional must lead through influence and example, ensuring that brand activations are locally relevant, strategically aligned, and flawlessly executed.
Strong organizational skills are essential to manage the A&P budget, ensure compliance across all initiatives, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Delivering initiatives **on time and in full** within the Events Channel is key to **capturing the momentum of the Northeast and establishing Jack Daniel’s as a leading whiskey brand in one of Brazil’s most dynamic regions.**

+ Support the trade marketing plan by working closely with a multi-functional team, bringing **strategic insights, regional learnings, and innovative ideas** that unlock growth in the **Northeast of Brazil** — a region with rising cultural and commercial relevance for the **whiskey category** .
+ This role will focus on identifying and leveraging opportunities within the **Events Channel** , where consumer engagement is driven by the region’s rich calendar of festivals, nightlife, and social experiences. By understanding the unique dynamics of **local consumers, key customers, and channel behavior** , the position will help shape initiatives that resonate deeply and drive brand preference.
+ The Northeast presents a fertile ground for whiskey expansion, with increasing premiumization and a growing appetite for authentic, experience-driven brands like Jack Daniel’s. The professional will be instrumental in translating regional insights into **high-impact activations** , ensuring that trade marketing efforts are not only aligned with national strategy but also tailored to the **distinctive pulse of the Northeast** .
+ Be the key point of contact within the Trade Marketing team to support the sales team, working closely with the Regional Managers and Sales Representatives.
+ Monitor brand performance by analyzing data from key events to support decision-making and update the Channel Dashboard monthly.
+ Ensure all sponsored events are executed following Jack’s high standards as pictured in the Events Execution Guidelines document.
+ Organize and update the events database for all Jack Daniel’s events in Brazil constantly, and derive insights to inform the planning process and future executions.
+ Support the Events Calendar implementation in partnership with our sales team, distributor partners, and event agencies, ensuring all activities are implemented on time and in full across the regions.
+ Use the Events channel as a powerful tool to build equity and generate trial in the Northeast region, thereby accelerating the region's growth.
+ **Lead the operational agenda of the region and channel**
+ Control the A&P budget for the Events Channel, reporting monthly to the Trade Marketing Manager PUB.
+ Support POS Materials management by planning, producing, and ensuring logistics are implemented under PICOS guidelines.
+ Monitor competitors' activities within the events channel and propose initiatives to protect our brands.
+ Be present in key events to get insights and feed the planning process.
+ Work with the Legal and Finance teams to create all the sponsorship contracts and follow up on the signatures with internal and external stakeholders.
+ **Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, learning, and high-performance**
+ Exercise collaboration with:
+ Brand teams ensure all initiatives are compliant with brand guidelines and share best practices.
+ Sales teams and Distributor partners must ensure that we provide all necessary tools and that trade marketing plans and tactics are appropriate for field-based brand-building activities.
+ Finance team to make sure all our activities are under compliance and all processes are being implemented as needed (accruals, budget reporting, forecasting, etc).
+ External agencies ensure they have all the necessary information (briefing process) to create efficient solutions to our challenges.
+ Ensure that every relevant activity is followed by a post-mortem report that outlines a clear learning agenda based on the results.
+ Complete all trainings provided by Brown-Forman to increase professional capabilities.
**What You Bring to the Table**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication
+ At least 1 year of experience in similar sales and marketing or trade marketing positions
+ Intermediate Excel, Budget control, and Basic marketing knowledge
+ Responsibility, commitment, dynamism, hands-on, initiative, proactivity, and creativity
+ Critical thinking and problem solving
