Trade Marketing Intern **INTERN: Trade Marketing** We are looking for Trade Marketing Intern like you to gain more practical experience in the field of beauty and brand management. **RESPONSIBILITIES** As our Trade Marketing Intern, you are responsible forproviding support to theTrade Marketingteam for the fragrance and make-up brands of Coty. Your main focus: + Assisting Trade Marketing Manager with annual trade activity/co-op plans by retailer, by brand in collaboration with brand managers & KAM’s + Evaluating promo ROI + Evaluating off shelf / display & POS ROI + Assist with ongoing/ day-to-day interaction with suppliers for all project plans which consists of briefing briefs, sharing VM guidelines, consolidating render mockups, confirming campaigns dates & doors. + Monthly reviews of all campaigns and presentations to the business on key outputs + Manage consolidation of Market Intelligence + Track IMS of innovation SKUs + Market intelligence: Create quarterly pricing and competitor feedback tracker by retailer. + Compiling global presentation as requested by global on post campaign reports, planned co-op plans by brand and Global approval launch decks. + Manage promoter agency booking process, ordering of testers & vials for upcoming launches and communicating to suppliers of incoming stock. + Assisting with managing below the line marketing support budget and ensuring resources are fully utilized. Raising PO’s, submitting POs to suppliers & promoter agency. Compiling a budget tracker monthly.
