How you will make an impact
The role focuses on developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence at the point of sale. The Trade Marketing & Insights Executive acts as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, ensuring that marketing initiatives are tailored to the needs of customers and retailers. Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to generate actionable insights.
Create and execute engaging shopper activities instore (sampling, tasting, competitions etc) in close cooperation with category marketing Capitalize on existing data base and all forms of internal customer data, to perform analysis, generate actionable insights and design activities Work with internal cross functional teams and 3rd party agencies, to ensure high levels of internal understanding & involvement and on time delivery of projects Ensure Trade Marketing campaigns are fully integrated into online campaigns Analyze results of retail channel, in depth analysis of competition, distribution models and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on trade marketing activities, results, and recommendations for future actions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers.
Member of the Marketing team reporting directly to Senior Marketing Manager.
Cooperates with Brand/Category Managers, Sales team & Customers.
What will make you successful
A university degree is required, preferable in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration. Relevant postgraduate studies or MBA will be considered as an asset. 2-5 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing department within retail, FMCG, including retail network & brand / product management. Marketing roles, ideally in a multinational environment or a large-scale Greek company. Experience in Companies specialized in Market Research and Data Analysis is also preferable Excellent command of English language,MS Office, SAP & social media platforms
