TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
PURPOSE OF THE JOB : To implement strategic Trade marketing plans aimed at achieving preferred partnerships with trade, that support the achievement of sustainable competitive advantage at GT/KAs and enhance consumer preference for IPM brands. To ensure end to end hardware solutions for the Region (from concept design, development, approvals, production, QC and inventory management) to assist the business in it’s overall objectives in achieving company share and volume in line with OB.
Manage the development, production and Installation of POS in line with the plans for the region with a focus on new business ideas and concepts to enhance the company’s competitive position ensuring that PM brand s project a point of difference in field.To plan and execute the POSM repair & maintenance, AMC plans in line with the field requirements & to ensure the health & upkeep of the POSM.Manage Inventory of all POSM at Regional Level ensuring Inventory Management Policies & Procedures are adhered to and providing reports to senior management to ensure the most efficient and effective use of IPM resources.Quality checking of all PPOSM inputs developed centrally or delivered directly to market as per policy.To plan and execute the POSM visibility changeover activities as per brand cycles planned through the year via third party vendor teams for all India markets. Ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines, inline with marketing strategies and legal requirement.Brief external agencies to develop communication materials that are consistent with the programs strategy, co-ordinate the distribution of all communication tools to relay program criteria to the Trade & Field Sales Force to ensure clear retailer understanding and level of commitment. Liaise & negotiate with supplier to source rewards for program, and ensure that all delivery deadlines can be met.Implementation and management of a multi-dimensional segmentation model for resource allocation in consultation with IPM sales and marketing team. Ensure regular updating of the already existing Segmentation Model and appropriate usage for all POSM installation in-market. To manage all aspects of cycle planning process as per cycle objectives, designing & production of cycle binders, circulating ASM docket, coordinating POSM nos. requirements as per cycle objectives from the field force etc.Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with PM policies and procedures, including Sales Force Operating Policies and Procedures, local and federal/state laws and the international marketing code. Follow strict compliance as per applicable laws, and complete all relevant compliance trainings.
Educational Requirement - Graduate Degree. Qualification in Marketing / Business Management preferred
Work Experience - Min 3-4 yrs experience, preferred FMCG experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Field Sales
