What you’ll do

• Work with VF Group Terminal Teams to implement innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new projects.
• Research terminal trends to suggest innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with field sales teams and contribute to process improvements with their feedback.
• Develop action plans to increase sales.
• Analyze the impact of field activities on sales.

Who you are

•    Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, Master Degree is a plus
•    Presentable and strong analytical thinking skills
•    Strong written, verbal communication skills& interpersonal skills both in Turkish and English
•    Multi-task management       
•    Problem-solving & decision making
•    Results-driven and delivery-focused
