As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Market Operations, you will provide operational support for Commercial & Investment Banking. You will ensure timely completion of transaction management and resolve client inquiries efficiently. Your role includes offering subject matter expertise and driving process improvements.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support for FX Products operations Utilize FX trade life cycle knowledge in operations Draft confirmations for various FX product types Liaise with Legal for template queries and understand ISDA/EMTA Perform economic affirmations and netting processes Investigate and resolve issues per SLA timelines Build strong relationships with internal business lines Create and publish daily MIS of outstanding issues Maintain a control and process improvement mindset Critically challenge to identify control issues Manage daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation
