As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within the Prime Financial Services Onboarding Trade Limits team, you will have the opportunity to onboard new traders and accounts, manage and set up trade limits on various platforms, and ensure risk monitoring and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and NA regions, and develop process improvements to optimize the function. This role allows you to work closely with business and traders, promoting innovation and change management across industry initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
Onboard of New Traders/ AccountsManage and set up trade limits on various internal and external platforms focusing on F&O and OTC products.Ensure Risk Monitoring & Regulatory ComplianceInvestigate and resolve various issues on Trade Limits.Collaborate with Stakeholders i.e Legal/ Transition/ Front & Middle Office/ Business/ Client Services across APAC, EMEA and NA RegionsDevelop and implement process improvements to optimize the function

Shows strong communication to build strong relationships across Traders and BusinessUnderstands of Future & Options, Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives ProductsAbility to analyze and comprehend issues for resolutionProficiency is Query Management and Reporting/ Analytical SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance/ Commerce/ Operations/ Investment bankingExperience in Operations in Investment Banking/ Financial services firms interacting with senior/demanding internal clientsProblem solver with the ability to assist in the development of solutions for clients and strategic thinker, able to review and implement process improvementsExhibit high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required and highly numerate with good keyboard and core system (Outlook, Excel, Word) skillsAbility to adhere to strict deadlines/procedures and work in a methodical and organized mannerStrong Risk and Control Awareness – with the ability to push back on stakeholders when risk/controls could be compromised

OTC Product Knowledge – Interest Rate Swaps and Credit Default Swaps preferably F&O Knowledge – (some Market & Product Knowledge for North American & European markets would be advantageous)
