Trade Finance Analyst APAC

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Analyze trade finance transactions and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
+ Full understanding of banking practices with regards to trade finance.
+ Work with internal stakeholders to facilitate trade operations and resolve any issues or discrepancies, negotiating both with our customer and internal stakeholder.
+ Monitor and manage trade finance documentation, including letters of credit, guarantees, and other trade instruments.
+ Conduct financial thoughtfulness and risk assessments for trade finance transactions. Provide advice and guidance to business units on trade finance matters.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to trade finance.
+ Evaluate trade facility requirements and establish such facilities with core Banking group
+ Support businesses to roll out Supplier Financing and Customer financing initiatives, negotiating with banks on Agreements and Pricing as required
+ Familiar with country-specific trade financing instruments where available (e.g. Bank Acceptance Draft in China)
+ Cash Management for selected Asia Pacific countries, ensuring cash is being managed and invested in the most efficient manner, while complying with Honeywell’s cash investment policy
+ eBanking systems familiarity and administration
+ Implement and roll out global treasury related projects as assigned
+ Familiarity with Systems & Reporting, providing support to relevant stakeholders in the form of providing access and connectivity
+ Maintain excellent Banking relationships
**Qualities we look for:**
+ Prior experience in managing Bank Guarantee and Letter of Credit issuance and acceptance
+ Experience in managing Supplier Financing and Customer Financing
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize
+ Excellent Team player
+ Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
+ Ability to adapt to changing business circumstances and a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
**Skills Requirement**
1. 4-yr finance/business/accounting degree from a reputable university
2. At least 2 years of Corporate Treasury experience in an MNC and/or Trade Finance department of financial institutions
3. Strong working knowledge of URDG and UCP 600 and ISP 98
