Trade Exhibition Organisor (Full Function)
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, full-function operations role managing 30–35 trade exhibitions annually in sectors such as mining and plumbing
The successful candidate will coordinate everything from logistics and venues to signage, permits, and catering—ensuring each event runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard

Minimum requirements:
3–5 years’ experience organising trade exhibitions (not only attending and marketing setups) Diploma in Event Planning or Event Management Ability to travel frequently Strong support system for regular regional travel Must possess a valid passport with a minimum of 12 months’ validity Knowledge of cross border permits Building and maintaining relationships with mining industry Deadline driven, proactive and good at finding solutions when challenges occur Manage the whole process from venue, catering, accommodation, invoicing, payments etc. Consultant: Jeanine Lombard - Dante Personnel East Rand
