Main Responsibilities
Follow-up KPI’s in terms of commercial activities. To propose right commercial applications and optimization opportunities regarding to national & regional based analysis & new commercial activities. Tracking opportunities to improve business processes.
Assisting to develop and drive commercial strategy, policy & tactics in cooperation with Business Units, all trade related functions & finance teams.
To monitor and report sales transactions in terms of right applications of defined conditions.
Supporting Turkey affiliate functions to deliver sustainable growth in Gross Margin by establishing capabilities, embedding best practices and delivering actionable recommendations in respect of Trade investments. Seeking to find best practices and put suggestions forward to shape trade strategies.
Ensuring effective allocation of trade investments, seeking improvements for processes and contributing affiliate in developing trade capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from related departments (MBA degree is a plus)
Professionals with 2-3 years of experience,
Fluency in English both written and spoken
Knowledge of Turkish is must
Advanced knowledge level of MS Office tools
Passionate team-player with can-do attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external)
Strategic mindset and approach to operate, find solutions and deliver results in a complex, matrix and cross-cultural environment
Outstanding process and project management skills
Terms of Employment
This full-time position does not have people management responsibility.
There might be some travel required for this position.
