You Are:
The Trade Data Business Analyst will work directly with subject matter experts, vendors and business partners at the site to deliver project milestones. Such milestones include business process mapping, testing, training, deployment, post deployment validation and stabilization.
The opportunity:
· As a Trade Data Business Analyst you will be responsible, but not limited to:
o Reviewing, providing inputs, and approving various documents and related to reporting needs, testing, training, deployment and cutover validation, and stabilization.
o Gather data/reporting requirements by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, understanding AS-IS and TO-BE processes, business requirements, key gaps, and objectives with a focus on data design and integration.
o Develop data flows and diagrams, transition/change management plans and perform fit-gap analyses to ensure effective integration of data into business processes and capabilities.
o Filling in Technical Document for SAP Hana ERP integration for review and approval.
o Write/Update test cases end-to-end.
o Prepare test data.
o Coordinate, track and perform testing (includes smoke test, functional, regression, user acceptance, post deployment smoke test/dry drill)
o Document and report test results, including issues and resolutions.
o Document business process and train stakeholders.
o Track gaps found post deployment and stabilize system and tools for hands-over to operations team
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
· The candidate needs to have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Science or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in the following areas:
• Data visualization tools such as PowerBI or similar.
• Data wrangling and analysing massive and complex datasets, structured or unstructured.
• Requirement analysis, design and prototyping.
• Analytics tools like SQL server analysis services, Azure Databricks, Snowflake.
• Agile/Scrum framework
· 1+ years working with at least in 1 of the following areas:
• Custom activities/compliance
• Logistics end-to-end
• Manufacturing
• International trading
