Job Summary
We are inviting applications for the position of Regulatory Compliance Leader at our EIMC site in Pune, which comprises three business segments (Isolation Valves : “ISV”, Actuation Technologies “ACT” and Measurement Solutions (“MSOL”). The role requires 8–10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with strong expertise in India-specific regulations as well as global trade and data privacy frameworks.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead and manage site-wide compliance programs across for three business segments. Ensure adherence to India regulatory requirements, including EXIM, CBIC, and DGFT. Oversee Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) requirements such as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for e-waste, plastics, and batteries. Manage Data Privacy Compliance (DPC) under India’s Digital Data Protection Act (DPA). Monitor compliance with BIS-related Quality Control Orders (QCOs). Partner with global compliance leadership to ensure alignment with U.S., EU, and other international export control, embargo, and sanction rules. Oversee trade compliance transaction screening processes, tools, and standards. Conduct self-assessments, audits, and develop robust compliance guidelines. Drive training, awareness, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across business units. Provide guidance on risk management, governance, and continuous improvement.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Graduate with 8–10 years of experience in regulatory compliance with a strong focus on India-specific laws and international trade. Deep knowledge of EXIM, CBIC, DGFT, BIS (QCOs), and EPR compliance. Understanding of data privacy frameworks, especially India’s Digital Data Protection Act. Familiarity with international export controls, embargoes, sanction regimes, and transaction screening tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global environment. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual collaboration tools. Strong presentation, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge-sharing capabilities. Proven ability to develop training programs and influence cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualification:
