Trade Compliance Analyst III

JOB DESCRIPTION

This candidate will be responsible to handle all the activities related to the control and management of Annex 24 for 2 plants in Ciudad Juarez Chih. The individual should follow corporate guidelines to successfully maintain balances in the correct % of variation and must work closely with interdisciplinary teams across the organization to gather information to achieve the ultimate goal.  (Materials, Finance, Engineering , etc. as needed)

Main Activities

Audit and keep updated database of the automated system for the control of Annex 24 for materials imported and exported, BOMS, customers, suppliers and customs brokerAnalyze, prepare and calculate changes in the regime of scrap, waste and losses (positive and negative adjust) from monthly SAP Transactions.Reconciliation against monthly balances and physical entries to plant/Review balances, consumptions and expiration dates of temporary imports under the IMMEX program, avoid expirations and review balances greater than 18/36 months.Verify the information of the Annex 24 system against Data Stage (issued by SAT) of the monthly operation for the preparation of Annex 31 reports. Analyze them with Control 31 tool to comply with SAT requirements

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor's Degree on International Business, Commerce (LIN, LCI, LRI) or related field.Minimum experience of 3 years working with IMMEX programs and systems (Prisma, Aranxel, Control31 and Ana System, strongly preferred).Knowledge of the IMMEX Decree legal frame, general customs rules and customs law in Mexico.+Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP , JD Edwards, etc.Domain of root cause analysis methodologiesData stage analysis (customs reports)Analytical and critical thinkingResults focusedAbility to be analytically oriented and able to effectively problem solve and deliver on objectivesStrong attention to detail, dependable, and organizedAbility and skill with multitasking in a fast paced, fast growth and constantly changing environmentExcellent follow-up and follow-through skills.Demonstrated ability to complete projects on timeKnowledge of U.S. and MX Customs regulations and other governmental agencies.Experience with maquiladora regulations and compliance
