The Role
We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Trade Branch Manager to run a busy branch. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take responsibility for branch operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee all branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day runningDrive sales and achieve performance targetsLead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding servicePromote a strong safety culture and compliance with regulationsDevelop strong relationships with customers and suppliersHandle manual duties and operate a forklift (training provided)
The Person:Experience in branch management, trade counter, or retail leadershipStrong communication and organisational skillsComfortable using IT systems and digital toolsSafety-conscious, adaptable, and hands-onKeen to learn and develop in a leading industryFull UK driving licence preferred
