We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our client **Key Responsibilities:** + Administer, configure, and maintain the **TrackWise QMS** platform to ensure optimal performance and compliance. + Manage **user access, roles, and permissions** in accordance with security and compliance policies. + Perform **system upgrades, patch management, and troubleshooting** to ensure system stability and performance. + Develop, configure, and modify **TrackWise workflows, rule sets, and reports** as per business requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TrackWise with other enterprise systems (ERP, LIMS, MES, etc.). + Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and IT teams to ensure system compliance with **21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and data integrity** requirements. + Monitor system performance and generate **reports & dashboards** for management review. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + **5 to 10 years** of experience in TrackWise QMS system administration, configuration, and support. + Deep technical knowledge of **TrackWise architecture, configurations, and workflow development** . + Strong understanding of **quality processes** such as deviations, CAPA, change control, audits, and complaints. + Hands-on experience with **system validation (CSV), risk assessments, and data integrity compliance** . + Knowledge of **integration techniques (APIs, middleware, data exchange protocols)** for connecting TrackWise with other enterprise applications. + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve system issues effectively. + Experience working in **regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, or life sciences)** . + Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to work in a **fast-paced, compliance-driven environment** with multiple priorities. **Preferred Qualifications:** + **TrackWise Certified Professional (TQP)** certification is a plus. + Experience with **TrackWise Digital or TrackWise Web Services** . + Familiarity with **GAMP 5, ITIL framework, and Agile methodologies** . **Why Cognizant?** Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans Have a highly competitive benefits and salary package Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies We are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environment We invest in people and their wellbeing.
