Salary Range: $75,600.00 - $113,400.00

Your Responsibilities Lead the development of engine and cooling requirements for tracked forestry products, including multiple emissions levels for various global markets. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that proper design criteria are being met during product development. Lead design reviews of the engine systems during development, participate in analysis of the engine systems throughout development and testing. Create detailed designs of the various engine systems using Deere systems and tools. What Skills You Need 3 or more years of product design experience. 1 or more years working with a cross-functional, global development team. Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills. Computer skills in 3-D modelling, MS-Office products. What Makes You Stand Out Knowledge in engine & cooling integration, including fuel systems and aftertreatment, into mobile vehicle applications. Experience in designing to, or verifying engine application requirements. Experience with CREO 3D modeling and Windchill/PDMLink. Able to interpret, analyze and determine solutions using KULI, FEA and CFD results. Education Details

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
