TPO Social Media Manager

A Typical Day The ideal candidate will be a savvy marketer with a proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B social media strategies, preferably within the wholesale mortgage or a relevant B2B financial services industry. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing an overarching social media strategy to monitor and build Pennymac TPO’s brand presence across several social channels and multiple individual and corporate accounts. This role requires someone who can carve new paths and lead the development of a strong and creative social content strategy, collaboratively producing compelling and on-brand social media content with creative teams and internal stakeholders. The TPO Social Media Manager will: Develop and execute dynamic organic and paid social media strategies aimed at increasing mortgage broker acquisition, engagement, usage and loyalty. Manage content strategy and calendars, post scheduling, community engagement, social media trend ideation and research, platform best practices, and innovative techniques for enhancing overall brand presence and executive visibility Proactively monitor and analyze Pennymac TPO’s social media channels, brand and executive mentions, and industry trends to identify opportunities to elevate Pennymac TPO’s brand and drive TPO business Supervise and engage with online communities including private broker Facebook groups. Foster positive interactions, address inquiries with industry expertise, build brand advocacy, and strategically amplify the thought leadership of our executives to reinforce our position as an industry leader and ultimately drive the TPO business Lead the development and execution of social media prospecting initiatives to drive business growth for sales professionals Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, creative, legal teams, and other internal and external stakeholders (including agencies or partners, etc.) to ensure consistent strategy and brand messaging with flawless, compliant execution What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or comparable discipline 5+ years of demonstrated experience in B2B social media management, with a strong preference for experience within the wholesale mortgage lending, including a proven track record of successful social media prospecting and lead generation Demonstrated experience managing both corporate and individual social media accounts to enhance engagement and drive results Proven ability to connect social media metrics to business objectives, such as lead generation and partner growth Proficiency with industry-standard tools for social media distribution, research, and tracking Professional attributes include strategic thinking, written communications, ability to multitask, attention to detail, project management, adaptability, organizational skills Demonstrated strong project management skills & proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment Ability to monitor and respond to any crisis communication on our social media and reputation management platforms outside of regular working hours Financial services and/or mortgage industry and applicable regulatory guidelines preferred Why You Should Join As one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
