Lead a fully stacked team to execute on strategic objectives as it relates to project innovation, non-innovation and operational support.  Apply technical,  business and leadership  principles to deliver results through people.

Job Responsibilities Line accountability includes building a high performing fully stacked team End to end execution including people, process, technology to ensure  business results Ensure healthy asset / environment across application, infrastructure, network and security Active involvement with after hour standby and support Agile execution methodology including maintaining integrated backlog Vendor management and engagement to ensure effective delivery Growing and upskilling teams in line with NIHA and target human resource objectives Technical guidance and thought leadership, especially relevant to domain and supported business areas Leveraging DATA and MI effectively to drive KPI’s Participate and formulate in roadmap definition and execution,  including setting and executing of strategic objectives Own and drive culture,  (growth mindset,  operational excellence, urgency of execution, world class in everything we do.) Plan,  execute and  track NIHA ( Nedbank Intelligent Hyper Automation) objectives relevant to area of responsibility
Strong collaborative approach with peers and business stakeholders resulting in end-to-end delivery and success Apply FINOPS principles to manage operational costs Any other administrative tasks as required Budgeting Proven track record in Cloud implementation or leveraging AI / Agentic AI will be  favourable Experience in working in the financial sector will be favourable
  Technical Knowledge

Java,React, Angular experience, BPM / Camunda
