TPA- Senior Client Executive

To effectively and profitably manage and grow business relationships from existing and new Crawford clients.

Establish, develop and manage the customer relationship at multiple levels for existing portfolio of clients Responsible for value delivery to clients including plan performance, account management and service results Identify, manage and secure new business and growth opportunities with existing & new Crawford clients Effectively lead a team of Client Executives Able to reprioritise objectives to meet changing business needs Generates innovative solutions, which improve performance, processes or services Develops appropriate relationships to achieve objectives Demonstrates ability to solve complex problems and analyses and applies appropriate solutions Behave in a strongly Client focused way at all times Demonstrate personal integrity in a way which is consistent with the company’s core values Hardworking, passionate and motivated Good understanding of industry Proven experience in insurance claims environment Proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven Client management & sales experience CII / CILA qualification preferred (or progress towards) Resolution of issues as and when they arise People management Ability to constructively provide internal and external feedback Accurate record keeping Ability to work at a senior level within the company and the client Consultative sales approach A good understanding of the UK TPA market Proven experience in an Insurance claims environment Proven Account Management experience Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills The ability to deliver high standard results, promptly Excellent organisational skills Team player who also has the ability to work well using own initiative Flexible approach – the job holder will be required to travel throughout the UK as and when appropriate.
