Key Responsibilities:

Closures of Agreement Renewals with owners having rent negotiation skills

Tracking of critical owner issues and coordination with concerned stakeholders for checking update.

GST / TDS/ PAN/Bank Rejection/Updation regularization and ensure compliances.

Ownership change and  renewal cum ownership change cases to be taken up for closure

Visits at field across the circle to meet owners for their  rent/agreement and other issues, rent negotiation, ownership change, property dispute etc.

Coordination with cross functions (Legal, Finance, Deployment etc.) and frequent interlocks.

Obtaining necessary approvals from various functions and raising and tracking of ENFAs. And Daily MIS

Lease Validation Rent vs Agreements in system.

Experience & Skills
3-5 years of Telecom Sites Acquisition /Estate Experience minimum
