This role provides an interesting "behind the scenes" perspective with daily collaboration with the rest of the team based in the Zurich headquarter and with daily communication with our sales, operations and finance staff worldwide. All company communication is in English so the position requires that you can communicate fluently in English (oral & written). As a team trainee you will be part of a multicultural and dynamic service team which mission is to provide consistent and excellent customer experiences by providing a reliable and stable production system environment to facilitate high-quality travel experiences. Starting date: June16th 2025 Main areas of responsibility · Maintain internal data library with reliable and accurate information that is compatible with the Tour production needs. · Be the gatekeeper for the internal database – you will evaluate all update or change requests carefully and decide the best way to process them based on our team requirements, standards and guidelines. · Support production teams with ad hoc request that will impact the database. This includes advising on and executing requests and documenting changes. · Create, maintain and review our portfolio of itinerary templates. · Ensure all budgetary information relating to our tours is accurate and up to date. · Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between itineraries or budgets and the information presented in the database. · Respond and process in a specified time period to requests in our Jira ticketing system · Run regular checks on the internal database. · Support cross departmental strategy projects · Strengthen and grow relationships with stakeholders through daily communication with teams in Panama, Switzerland and around the world. · Take ownership for and lead process improvement and enhancement opportunities. Requirements · Professional working level of English and Spanish both oral and written. · Panamanian passport or eligible to work in Panama. · Previous experience with data analysis, MS Excel, reporting and computer systems. · Previous experience of working or studying in an international environment is preferred.
