Tour Director Accounts SpecialistEF Educational Tours is currently looking for exceptionally detail-oriented, ambitious, driven and enthusiastic graduates to join a data driven Operations department in Panama City focus on optimization and continuous improvement. This role provides an interesting "behind the scenes" perspective with daily collaboration and communication with the Tour Directors, Operations and Finance staff in different areas worldwide. This is an exciting chance to become part of the brand-new team in Panama City with the support team in Zurich Headquarters.As a Tour Director Accounts Specialist you will be part of a multicultural and dynamic service team which mission is to provide consistent and excellent customer experience.The Role – Tour Director Accounts SpecialistThe Tour Director Accounts Management team supports operations departments in providing culturally immersive travel for mainly American and Canadian customers who choose to discover the world with us through group travel. You will be working closely with colleagues across the Operations department in Panama City and Zurich, but also with other regions around the world.Main areas of responsibility· Responsible of the Tour Director accounts pre-tour, on-tour, and post-tour· Processing accurate Tour Director payment invoices and checking expense reports in the internal systems· Investigate and resolve discrepancies between cost and budget· Analyze and continuously improve the payment process and supporting documentation· Strengthen and grow relationships with stakeholders, Tour Directors and Regional Offices through timely payments and customer centric communication· Keep daily contact with internal and external stakeholders in Europe, LATAM and APAC· Support cross departmental strategy projects· Strong communication with Operation Teams and Regional Offices· Compliance check of invoicesRequired Organizational Behavior· Continuously question the status-quo and look for ways to improve; inspire colleagues to do the same· Strives to create a collaborative environment on day to day basis· Sociable, spread positive energy with a sense of humor and make the workplace a fun environment· Develop effective and positive networks within Operations, Tour Directors, Regional Offices as well as with Finance.· Passionate about educational travelRequirements· Professional working level of English and Spanish both oral and written.
