To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** 岗位职责/Job Responsibilities: + Participate in the design and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) review of HID device project to identify all key quality risks from quality perspective. + Lead the process/product audit of standard HID project at CM (Contract Manufacturer) site in new product introduction phase to ensure that products and processes can meet Lenovo specifications. + Lead the supplier regular system audit with cross function and follow up on all findings until closed. + Review PPAP/qualification documents of CM based on product FVT/SIT(DVT/PVT) and give corresponding approval for Lenovo HID device project. + Identify all non-conformities from the actual builds and drive the improvement in the form of PDCA and FA. + Monitor the actual build performance based on product input and output and drive the root cause identification and corrective action for top issues at CM site when the actual yield rate is less than defined/expected rate, + Conduct onsite CM training - PPAP procedures, PDCA reporting, etc. + Core quality process development and optimization to ensure processes are robust and driving APQP deliverables with a customer requirement focus to ensure project smooth launch. + Lead the spot check program to monitor the performance of different CMs for mass production project. + Coordinating ODMs resource allocation on calibration method, equipment setup, and process alignment. + Collect and share the inputs from quality perspective in the project retrospective meeting for lesson learn archived. 岗位要求/Job Requirements: + Over 6 years’ work experience in manufacturing and quality management + Experience of supplier qualification and management + Deep knowledge of HID technology + Familiar with supplier product audit and process audit + Familiar with manufacturing & engineering of electronic assembly parts, modules + Familiar with 8D problem solving and quality tools: FMEA, PPAP, SPC, Sampling Plans, MSA, etc. + Ability to travel domestically **Additional Locations** : * China - Jiangsu - 苏州（Suzhou） * China * China - Jiangsu * China - Jiangsu - 苏州（Suzhou）
