Responsible for data retrieval, reconciliation and analysis, modifying and implementing policies and procedures to enhance program delivery and performance. **Key Responsibilities** + Manages sales incentive data and calculation processes related to Sales Incentives programs (SIP) for an assigned area, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, timely, and compliantly. + Develops metrics and goals for SIP management. + Prepares data, calculations and documentation for leadership on the structure and processes. + Develops procedures for analysis of spending and effectiveness data + Addresses complex questions from employees and other HR professionals. + Manages maintenance of SIP calculation tool and HR Information Systems. + May liaise with vendors, ensuring programs within an assigned area are delivered effectively, efficiently and within an established budget. **Requirements** 3- 5 years of experience in related positions. Bachelor Degree Advanced English **Technical Knowledge** Advanced Excel skills **Soft skills** Experienced MS user. Attention to details.
