Total Rewards Specialist - South America

**The Position**
Contribute to provide an attractive, competitive and efficient Total Rewards proposal for South America employees by operating regional programs. Foster the organizational health by the analysis and consultancy in Business / Function structures and level analysis. This role has an impact on the business through providing value added solutions and/or advisory services in support of decision making, and the cost planning process.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
+ Contributes to the successfull rollout management and implementation of Compensation solutions for the region.
+ Provide guidance and solutions to HRBPs to ensure compensation practices are competitive and in line with business goals and corporate standards.
+ Implement regional compensation solutions, ensuring availability of tools and necessary trainings for user’s success.
+ Ensure the HRBPs comprehension on content and process through guidance and designing training material.
+ Provide the best option among consulting services external vendors to ensure adequate market information acquisition.
+ Coordinate and analyze regional studies and compensation surveys and job pricings, the basis for remuneration structure and decisions.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor degree on Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
+ Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits.
+ English Advanced.
+ Experience working with tools like: HRIS, Excel, Power Apps (Power BI) and SAP SuccessFactors and C&B Vendors Plataforms/Systems.
+ Intellectual skills to analyze, conceptualize, inferred, anticipate, value and acquire knowledge.
+ Planning and Organization.
+ Cooperation and communication.
+ Knoweledge of legal, tax, equity pay regulations, global compensation philosophy and global mobility policies (desirable).
+ Experience working in intercultural enviroments and/or regional positions (desirable).
