Mission and objectives:
This role works on supporting a range of global and regional projects and cyclical activities across compensation and benefits, in partnership with Regional HRBP and other CoEs. For each, this role supports data gathering and analysis, as well as Center of Expertise governance over all activities within scope by ensuring strong compliance with regional and global guidelines and policies.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Support the administration of all Total Rewards programs including Yearly salary reviews, Variable Compensation, Salary Surveys via External providers, Job Evaluation, etc.Act as a primary point of contacts to entity HRBPs for Total Rewards actions roll outHandle preparation of Executive Offers and Offer Letters for Directors across AMIEO region Gather data and provide baseline compensation analysis for broadscale compensation projectsAdminister all Total Rewards Plans for Executives via HRIS systems and through interactions with Payroll contactsPerform ad hoc and special requests as needed, including Entity level compensation studies, managing data interfaced, data updates, or reconciliations Maintain Total Rewards-related websites with accurate informationContribute to implement related Total Rewards governance, policies and processes across the regionIdentify ways of improving and/or automating Total Rewards processes and procedures
Skills and experience:
Fluent English verbal and written communication skills essentialUniversity degree, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g. accounting, analytics)3-4+ years in Compensation & BenefitsKnowledge of HRIS and regulations pertaining to Compensation, Benefits & International Mobility topicsAdvanced analytical and excel skills. Ability to manipulate and interpret data, analyze information, and problem-solve with minimal guidanceMaintain confidentiality and have the ability to handle sensitive data in line with data protection regulationsExperience within complex, international corporate organisations preferred
