We are seeking a highly motivated Total Rewards Operations Excellence Specialist to join our Total Rewards Intelligence & Operations team.
What you'll do
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of Total Rewards offerings and providing excellent support and service to our employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strong ca- do attitude as well as a passion for continuous improvement and process optimization.
Core responsibilities include:
Handle and optimize Total Rewards related activities. Depending on previous experience, the responsibilities might be either in mobility-related benefits, or in the bonus mapping and calculation space. Employee Support / Stakeholder Management: Serve as the TR point of contact for employee / stakeholder queries, providing timely responses and analyzing the root causes with the aim to constantly improve our operational excellence. Data Analytics and Process Optimization: Leverage analytical skills to interpret data related to Total Rewards programs, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. Evaluate existing processes to suggest improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate documentation of processes and policies to support audits and reviews. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure operational excellence Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English is a must. German is a plus, but not essential.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, data analysis, or a related field. Previous experience in business operations, HR, or Total Rewards service administration. Experience with mobility benefits or with variable pay / bonus operations is a plus. Strong analytical thinking skills, enabling the ability to dissect complex problems and uncover effective solutions. Proficiency in data analysis, adept at interpreting data to generate meaningful and actionable insights that drive business decisions. Demonstrated ability in business process optimization and enhancing service delivery.
