Job Description

Danfoss is seeking a proactive and business-oriented Total Rewards Lead to join the Drives Segment. In this strategic role, you will act as a sparring and implementation partner, connecting the Business and the Corporate Total Rewards Centre of Excellence. You will be responsible for executing Danfoss’ Total Rewards programs, initiatives, and strategic objectives at the segment level

 

As a Total Rewards Lead, you will drive all Total Rewards topics, processes, and projects within the segment. You will serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to the business and HR Business Partners. We are looking for someone with a strong HR toolbox who can act as a tactical sparring partner to help guide decisions.

 

Although the primary focus will be on Total Rewards, there will also be opportunities to contribute to other HR projects or areas of responsibility, such as people partnering, depending on your interests, experiences, and professional development goals.

 

You will be part of a global team of dedicated HR professionals, working to ensure that organizational aspects, processes, and people are effectively considered in the implementation of strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple segments, the Global Total Rewards Team, and the Global Service Delivery organization.

Job Responsibilities Implement Danfoss’ Total Rewards strategies in the segment, ensuring alignment with the business’s needs and priorities. Conduct IPE evaluations based on Mercer methodology, collaborating with the Global Centre of Excellence and AskHR as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility topics at the segment level. Coordinate Total Rewards activities globally, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. Train and educate HR colleagues and People Leaders on all Total Rewards topics. Lead the implementation of EU Pay Transparency Directive within the segment as your first major project.

 

Location: You will ideally work out of our factory in Graasten, Denmark, or our office in Copenhagen. Occasional travel to other sites in Denmark and internationally may be required.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.  

 

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, or HR. 3-5 years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation. Strong experience in managing annual compensation processes and analytics. Project management experience is a plus. Experience working in a matrixed, global organization and advising leaders strategically. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Self-driven and proactive with excellent attention to detail. Fluent in English (Danish proficiency is a plus). Employee Benefits
