Recommends and implements Total Rewards policies and procedures, consistent with requirements and adjustments, for the unique needs of the assigned area. **Job Description** + Owns and develops operational plans for critical Total Rewards programs for an assigned area, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, timely, and compliantly. + Recommends and implements Total Rewards policies and procedures, consistent with requirements and adjustments, for the unique needs of the assigned area. + Develops presentations and documentation for senior leadership on the structure of Total Rewards programs with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness for the assigned area. + Directs analyses of spending and effectiveness data to assess Total Rewards programs. + Coordinates responses and solutions to complex questions from employees and other HR professionals. + Manages strategic initiatives focused on Total Rewards programs. + May manage vendor relationships, ensuring Total Rewards programs within an assigned area are delivered effectively, efficiently and within an established budget. **Minimum Requirements** Requires expert to mastery knowledge obtained through advanced education, combined with experience Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and able to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs and systems University Degree or equivalent A minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience OR An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
