Total Rewards Head

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and experienced Head of Total Rewards to lead the design, development, and execution of our total rewards strategy for Comarch Group. This role is critical in shaping our compensation, benefits, and equity programs to align with our business goals, support growth, and ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent.

You will oversee all aspects of Total Rewards - including base and variable pay, equity, benefits, pay transparency, and compliance - ensuring these programs are competitive, scalable, and reflective of our company’s values. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of a transforming organization with 6,200+ employees, primary based in Poland, with some located abroad.

Required Experience & Qualifications10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with leadership responsibilities in compensation and benefits programsStrong knowledge of compensation practices, benchmarking, market pricing, executive payDeep expertise in managing annual compensation reviews, incentive programs, and job architecture initiativesStrong analytical mindset; advanced Excel and modeling skills are essentialExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levelsFluent in Business English and Polish

Total Rewards Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement a comprehensive, global Total Rewards philosophy aligned with business strategy and cultureLead compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition strategies across all geographiesServe as a strategic partner and advisor to senior executives, HR Partners, Finance, and Legal on all reward-related mattersMonitor reward trends and continuously improve program competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and complianceOwn the design and communication of Total Rewards frameworks and policies across the organization

Compensation & Pay Equity

Design and govern global salary structures, job architecture, and compensation frameworksLead global benchmarking and salary reviews, including short- and long-term incentive planningManage annual compensation cycles, including budgeting, communication, calibration, and payoutsConduct pay equity analysis and ensure adherence to internal fairness and external regulatory standardsDrive compliance with pay transparency legislation (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive)

Benefits & Wellbeing

Define and deliver a consistent benefits philosophy, tailored to local needs and legal requirementsContinuously evaluate benefit utilization, satisfaction, and return on investment

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure full compliance with local labor, tax, and data privacy lawsLead internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting on reward programsEngage with Remuneration Committees, Board members, and regulators as required

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards teamPartner with People teams to support seamless reward processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A, international expansion, and organizational change initiatives
