For our Human Capital department, we are looking for a Total Rewards Expert (senior associate). The Total Reward expert will be part of the Reward team (1 Total Rewards manager – 1 Total Reward expert) which is responsible for the handling of all Total Rewards matters at PwC. The Total Rewards teams is part of the HR Operations team which includes Payroll, Fleet, Global Mobility and Legal.

Your impact 

As Total Rewards expert, you’ll make an impact on 

Total Rewards – A-Z process 

Operational management of our Flexible Income Plan and our Mobility offering 

Taking the lead in our Benefits administration, including insurance management 

Total rewards reporting including regular audits.  

Support in the annual remuneration surveys and compensation package revision 

Support in the annual Compensation review exercise for employees and directors 

Support in the strategic review of our Rewards package  

 

Employee experience 

Create a flawless employee experience in terms of execution of our employee’s reward package 

Providing support to employee requests in a professional and timely manner. 

Providing guidance to the employees and keeping our intranet up to date with all Rewards related information 
 

About you 

You have minimum 3 years of experience in Reward, preferably in large companies. Payroll affinity is a plus. You have a master degree, preferably in HR management, Legal or Economics.  

Innovative and proactive 

Accurate and punctual – you love numbers! 

Service minded, stress resilient and problem-solving  

Strong basis of Belgian social and fiscal law 

Eager to learn fast and grow in the function. You are eager to deepen your technical knowledge and expertise.  

Interested in automation, generative AI and applying new technologies to support our employees even more efficiently. Good excel knowledge. 

Teamplayer with good listening and communication skills 

Fluent knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English 

Knowledge of Workday is a plus!
