The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic, experienced Total Rewards Consultant to join our growing Total Rewards team. This role serves as a key partner to the Total Rewards leader and leadership team, driving clarity, execution, and alignment across the function.
You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, supporting high-impact projects across compensation, benefits, and mobility & immigration. As a trusted thought partner, you’ll help shape and advance our priorities by synthesizing complex data, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and preparing executive-ready communications and recommendations.

You will report to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, who is an experienced leader committed to nurturing both the team and individual growth. We operate in a hybrid work setup, where you will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week while also enjoying the benefits of collaborating in the office on the other three days.
Your Role
Strategic Execution: Partner with the Total Rewards leader to drive planning, structure, and execution of function-wide priorities and initiatives.Initiative Management & Alignment: Coordinate and track progress across key projects and workstreams; ensure visibility, alignment, and timely delivery of cross-functional commitmentsData-driven Insights: Conduct analysis and modeling to support strategy development for compensation, benefits, and mobility & immigration programs. Translate data into meaningful insights and clear recommendations.Executive Storytelling: Prepare high-quality presentations, strategy briefs, and updates for senior and executive audiences. Craft compelling, concise narratives that inform decisions and drive actions.Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with teams across People, Finance, Legal, and business functions to support program delivery, surface risks and opportunities, and ensure alignment.Operational Enablement: Design and implement tools, processes, and frameworks that improve the efficiency, scalability, and impact of the Total Rewards function.What You Will Bring
6-8 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Strategy, People Analytics, or related strategic HR rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insightsExcellent communication skills, especially in crafting clear, compelling executive deliverablesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentHighly organized and execution-focused, with strong attention to detail and follow-throughSkilled collaborator who can work across teams and influence without authorityAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience in Workday, Radford, or visualization tools is a plusWork Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 120,800 and USD $ 241,200 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
