The Total Rewards, Senior Specialist reports to the Senior Director Global Compensation and plays a key role in designing, implementing, and managing global compensation and benefits programs that support our global talent strategy. This role partners with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant total rewards practices across regions, while driving operational excellence and data-informed decision-making. Lead the design and development of global compensation and benefits programs. These programs may include; salary administration; short-term and sales incentive plans; long-term incentive plans, employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, vehicles, perquisites); salary packaging; retirement and cross border employee relocation and management. Responsible for the Career Framework and Job Catalogue in Workday ensuring HR, managers and employees are educated and aware of design, philosophy and process. Ensure HR governance is in place to equity and consistency. Conduct global market research and benchmarking studies to evaluate competitiveness and recommend adjustments to global and regional compensation and benefits strategies. Including pay equity and pay transparency studies. Use external market data, reviews and updates the global salary scales on an annual basis according to the global compensation philosophy. Communicate the outcome of the review to HR Managers and ensure Workday is up to date. Help design and implement new global C&B operational processes in Workday. In particular, help implement the new Career Framework and the Advanced Compensation salary planning tool. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership to communicate total rewards strategies, provide guidance on compensation decisions, and support change management efforts. Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience working in HR, including in a compensation and benefits specialist role. Knowledge of the annual compensation and benefits operations cycle, applicable legislation, government regulations and standard company compensation and benefits policies and practices. Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP). And ability to use advanced excel functions to develop comprehensive analysis and proposals for remuneration. Knowledge of principles and procedures for compensation and benefits management Align global compensation and benefits programs taking local regulatory requirements into consideration. You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
