**Job Title: Tooling Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Tooling Technician to join our team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role is crucial in working directly with mold and die sets, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. The position offers a competitive starting salary based on experience, with opportunities for growth. **Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain motors, pneumatics, hydraulic equipment, and production machinery. + Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, and operation manuals to troubleshoot and repair equipment. + Utilize precision measuring devices and testing instruments to ensure equipment accuracy. + Perform die casting and machining tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency. + Conduct regular maintenance and repair of molds and dies, ensuring optimal performance. + Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and resolve technical issues. **Essential Skills** + At least 4 years of experience in die casting or machining. + Proficiency in mold tooling and troubleshooting techniques. + Experience with die setting, die casting, and die maintenance. + Ability to read and understand blueprints and operation manuals. + Familiarity with precision measuring devices and hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in mold repair and tool and die maintenance. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and innovative team where your skills in machining and troubleshooting are valued.
