The job responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following elements:
Responsible for leading the construction of several products concurrently.
· Schedule, provide training/mentorship and coordinate daily activities for the Inspection Department,
Lead multiple tools and effectively coordinate with support resources (machinists, EDM, inspection, etc.…) Interpret design blueprints and electronic models to determine inspection results and plan.· Perform operations within very close tolerances.
· Ability to work with Engineering, Programming and Operations throughout the manufacturing process
Ensure Final Quality Review (FQR) is being performed and complete. Comply with Corporate EHS, Quality and HR rules and standards
Job Specifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience with GOM/ATOS, including analyzing of data. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction of turbine/airfoil molds and dies.· Ability to lead and effectively train other inspectors to analyze bluelight data.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Ability to effectively work / communicate as part of a team.
· Thorough knowledge of the tooling process.

Marginal Rd. in Cleveland. This position is responsible for training, scheduling, and providing quality support to ensure customer requirements are met prior to shipment. This position will drive standard inspection methods at both Tempcraft locations (Cleveland and Brecksville).

Mentor/train inspection employees and support team members to ensure quality and delivery dates are met. Review and evaluate Bluelight Inspection data to determine action plans as needed to deliver quality tool. Be respect and collaborative with peers, supervisors, and other personnel.
