Job Responsibilities:

Your role will also involve assisting with the continuous improvement of tooling, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards, making informed decisions, and ensuring tooling is ready for production runs.

What we are looking for:

High School diploma or GEDPost-secondary education preferred in tool and die, or related minimum of two years’ experience in tool and die capacityJourneyman Certification is a plus

Preferred qualifications:

General knowledge of troubleshooting, materials and methods, machines and tools, and practical application of toolingComputer skills: proficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelMinimum of two years on-the-job training with heavy industrial manufacturing experience in skilled trade capacityMust be able to provide your own toolsMust have basic knowledge of drafting (blueprint reading, dimension drawings, etc.)Basic knowledge of automation

Sign-on Bonus:

$5,000, paid in three increments at 90 days, 180 days, and 365 days.
