Under the direction of the Storeroom Supervisor this person will facilitate company strategies for MRO management. Match receivable parts to packing slip and purchase order. Process paperwork according to documented processes, including scanning packing slips.

How you will Contribute:

Conduct daily receipts in SAP and Coupa (notify requestor for non-stock parts through phone & e-mail)Communicate with suppliers as required. Obtain RMA numbers from suppliers as neededInitiate MSO's and prepare items for shipment as requiredFacilitate daily restocking of main storeroom & satellite storeroom partsWork with Accounts Payable to resolve payment exceptionsCommunicate via email to complete receiving processPerform physical inventory of parts & supplies when requiredConduct daily, weekly and monthly cycle countsRetrieve parts at the request of maintenance people at the front counterEscort people who require entry into the ToolcribConduct entry in Computerized Maintenance Management System of stock disbursementsPerform returns of parts as requiredPerform restocking of bins for goods receipts (parts & supplies)Perform retrieval & disbursements of goods issue tickets from satellite storerooms. Use forklift to pick up and deliver partsMaintain positive rapport w/ customers, suppliers, contractors, and other AssociatesPerform Toolcrib housekeeping dutiesPerform all work in a safe and efficient mannerPerform other duties as assigned by Storeroom ManagerComply with Toolcrib specific SOP'sComply with all Mondelez policies, procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices

What you will Bring:

Professionalism, leadership, patience, diplomacy, high ethical standards, and a positive, cooperative attitudeComputer keyboarding skills, typing skills and literacy in software applicationsKnowledge of mechanical, and electrical equipment, components and parts helpfulExperience working with a computerized inventory system Experience with inventory stockingExperience driving a forklift

Education/Experience:

GED or High School diplomaManufacturing experience (preferred)Inventory control experience

Work Schedule:

Monday thru Friday2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm - 7am)OT availableWeekends as needed

Payrate and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position is $30.94/hr. Benefits beginning 1st of the month following 60 days of employment include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Wellness ProgramShift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
