As a Tool Changer on our Plastics team, you will set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic Plastics Injection machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Install tooling molds and mold inserts, connect cooling hoses and cooling circulators, set up machine operating panel and robot programs for molding various plastics parts. Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure consistency to production/process specifications. Follow engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process. **Description:** This position is for 3rd shift. The hours are 11:40pm -7:10am Monday through Friday, with Overtime opportunities during the week and on weekends. This role requires operating hoists and using basic tools to remove and install steel molds, and operating control panels per standard work instructions. **Responsibilities:** + Set up, operate and/or maintain production equipment, machines and tools using process documents, diagrams, and written instructions in support of production goals.
