Toller Management & Enablement Coordinator - Wheat
Working within Site and Product Support, you will partner with our wheat business and product supply team on solutions needed to reliably produce seed, ensuring the highest quality product, and timely delivery to customers. Responsible for commercial crop planning, certification process, and supporting quality management program. Prepares the network by conducting training and maintaining operating procedures to ensure uniformity in seed handling. This role supports operations across the Dakotas, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Kansas, Nebraska, and Texas.

Delivery of business requirements through ProCos to support spring and winter wheat programsSupport the building of productive relationships with stakeholders within toller operations & BayerEnsure connectivity across functions to ensure operational alignment, timely resolution of challenges, delivery of outcomes, and synergies in processes
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities and tasks of this role, Facility Enablement Coordinator, are:
Coordination of network's success in delivery of operational and product support needs & requirements for current year execution and Y+1 readiness planning across wheat ProCosDevelop commercial wheat crop plan for spring and wheat varieties including placement through close partnership with wheat squad, SAM’s, and ProCos. Operationalize crop plans including seedstock selection & movement, field evaluations, and effective product delivery to Bayer’s standards.Partner with team to ensure supply updates are timely communicated to enable commercial success. Partner with quality representatives to maintain Bayer’s license to operate and ensure robust quality management plans are in place & executed effectively.Partner with Product Quality Specialist to monitor quality, manage quality review process, and enhance product quality & supply reliability performance. Partner with States, ProCos, and other external agencies to enable the certification process, ensuring reliability of supply.Own commercial discard process, partnering with the team, to achieve effective inventory management.Support transactional accuracy, visibility, quality, compliance & production timeliness which meets Bayer standards and customer expectations.Develop and document processes to drive consistency and alignment in operations while providing clarity for process improvement opportunities. Work cross functionally to identify and implement improvements to enhance cost, quality, & reliability of wheat operations.Collaborate with the team and cross functionality to define and implement production network strategies that support changes in go-to-market approaches and/or new product launches.

WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations and/or related field required;Seed industry and/or seed site operations experience;Ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups to enable outcomes;Strong computer skills related to data acquisition, organization, and data analysis;Demonstrated strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills;Comfortable making decisions and communicating to external partners;Situational awareness & ability to effectively manage responsible communications;Ability to read, interpret & operationalize contracts;Ability to hold external partners accountable to commitments.
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years experience;Experience working at a Manufacturing location;Formal problem solving (e.g. A3, Kaizen) and onePSS experience;Technical writing and training;SAP and Seedbin knowledge & experience;Eagerness to learn quickly and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $95230.40 - 142845.60. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
